aopi should be moved to second tier and be before both phi mu and chi o, sk should absolutely not be before tri delt or kd, and sk should be moved to tier 4. Kd should be before tri delt and zeta. The others seems kinda okay

If KD wants to move up they are going to need to do a better job recruiting. Last two classes not good
