Which Strats are Old Row?

Which sororities and frats here are old row? And do people really care about it or not anymore?

KA, SAE, Sigma Chi, Chi Phi
Theta, Kappa, ADPi, Phi Mu, Chi O

Whether somewhere is “old row” or not is not at the forefront of people’s minds anymore, and the whole thing matters even less...and less....and less the older you get

Old row doesn't even exist here, only at Alabama. It's just a term to designate the most prestigious fraternities with powerful alumni, influence and pull in the state. Every SEC school has their own but they aren't called "Old Row".
