PiKapp and SN get the selfrank GR award

SN and PiKapp are all over this site trying to convince you they dont blanket bid weird randos(SN) or are an almost exclusively UNG frat(PKP). Just because you wait ro report them until after they transfer doesn't mean we don't see them at parties or bar crawls.

They are actually good groups, they just need to stop using this site so much.
