sorority as a poc

hey! im really interested in rushing next year but I was wondering how accepting sororities here are of poc girls

Hey girl! I would say that some are much more accepting than others. For example, you don’t see many in a lot of the old row sororities or KD really, but to be honest, many POC just don’t rush those sororities, not that you can’t though!!! I think that sororities like tri delt, aoii, dg, dphie, alpha gam, AXO, dz and others are fairly inclusive! I can’t really speak on how these poc feel in these sororities since I’m not a poc, but don’t let few poc in sororities discourage you from rushing!! And if you hate it, just drop lol. Sororities are fun, but it’s definitely not the end of the world if it doesn’t work out for you!

Yes sorry I am the original commenter. Definitely not alpha gam lol. They were very popular in the racial testimonies... not very accepting girls, although they really do tend to have more poc than others still...
