Alright. We all know snu and phi delt are all over this site. Snu you’re cool, solid lower top, you don’t need to downvote everyone that says the truth because you’re not top. Phi delt you are kidding yourself if you think you are lower top. Same tier as beta and kappa sig. I’ve seen pi kapp on here too lol and pi kapp and delta sig are right above the PDT tier. Frats will disagree but anyone in a sorority can agree this is facts

The top 4 of this group are identical except PiKapp has a nicer house with a lot of UNG guys and Delta Sig/BTP has to keep events with alcohol on the DL because of nationals.
