Honestly the top tiers really don’t do spring rush. The other houses do it but really on a smaller scale and you’ll need to either put your name on the form that Panhellenic provides or talk to a sister currently in the chapter so they know you are interested. If you’re only wanting those particular houses you might just want to wait until fall unless you’re okay with the possibility of another house.

I agree with the other commenter. Honestly unless you have really god connections in those houses you want, just wait until fall. Fall gives you the opportunity to actually talk to girls at all the houses, so even though you like 2 houses right now, you might find you fit better at another house during the fall.
