Phi Mu considered top?!?

I’ve been seeing on GR that Phi Mu is top and I am genuinely so confused. PCs are a bunch of 6’s at best. Upvote is unreal

This is because for some reason, most people still consider all old row top, when you’re right, most of the old row srats don’t have super cute pc’s anymore it’s time we stop glamorizing old row just because it’s old row

Scrolling through this and gotta say Phi Mu is just ok. By no means are they tip top or even top. Just kinda there.
