They need some renovations but yeah they're cool guys. PiKapp KS and Pike are all rising quickly in my opinion. I have no idea why Pike isnt under rising too.

To be honest I don’t know any KS because I’m in a mid tier sorority, but I’ve heard their house is nasty. They are definitely not rising.

SAE, KA, and Chi Phi will always be the most prestigious houses despite their increasingly weird pledge classes.

It's actually kind of funny, their actual pledge classes are full of goobers and to compensate they take like 20 UNG kids every year. It leads to a bizarre group of guys, at socials/parties there are half short weird guys and half giant douches.

Because of history they will always be the best and I agree they are. You definitely build the best connections in those fraternities.

They do not get a single ung kid.

PiKapp SN and Lambda(rip were the biggest UNG fraternities here. There's none left for anyone else.
