New house on campus

So is it true that we’re getting a new house on campus? I heard from someone in a top house that within the next three years aphi is getting taken off campus and replaced with a new house... maybe that’s why their pc was so bad?

Alpha Phi just spent a huge amount of money on their house. Why would they pull out? They are probably middle tier, maybe a bit lower, but why leave? Too much $ invested to ditch it.
