out of state chances

What is it like for out-of-state kids trying to get into top tier fraternities at UGA? I have a 4.52, and a 2200 SAT. I play golf and am pretty sociable. However, I do come from California...sadly. Haha

Do you have a lot of money and/or are you good-looking?

If so, and if you are sociable, then you will have no problem getting into most houses.
