I don't understand why I was cut so heavily

I was cut heavily too and it happened to a lot of people! I was upset about it and I still don’t really understand it. I talked to a friend who just graduated who was in a sorority at uga. It’s all a numbers game and keep in mind that these sororities don’t know you personally!! It’s not fair for anyone to be judged off a minute long video or a 20 minute zoom call and it doesn’t define who you are. There are always amazing girls cut from houses and the whole process is not exactly fair all the time especially during this pandemic🤪

Try contacting panhel just to make sure there wasn't a mix up with your gpa or something. Usually first round cuts are due to grades.

Otherwise, it's possible you fell through the cracks. It happens and I've seen for amazing girls I've fought for to get cut just b/c it's a #s game

Girl same literally exactly alike and that’s why I am ded getting dropped now I don’t understand I have a 4.8, cheerleader and involved on many clubs and I I only have 2 left and one I don’t even want:((

It is a numbers game. Be open minded. You aren’t the only one in this situation and it sucks.

You realize your description of high grades and HS activities and involvement describes the whole freshman class, right?

Also could be outside factors like moms gossiping, etc! If you know any girls whose moms are heavily involved as a sorority alum still, they might be backstabbing you. Sounds insane but happens
