How do you meet people if you’re not greek?

I realize there’s a lot of people that are gonna be upset i’m even going out to bars right now, but please save your time. We have different opinions and i’ll respect yours if you can do that for me too. Thanks.

I’m a future transfer, I want to rush, and i’m living in Athens. Every time I go out for drinks the bars are busy with frat guys and sorority girls. I legit want to just make some friends but they’re so clicky and if they even do talk to me they quit as soon as they realize i’m not in their frat or in a frat. Is this standard? or will it change once more students come back this fall? it ticks me off, i’m cool and am an extravert so people ignoring me is killing me 😂 or maybe there’s bars that are better for non-greek students?
