I don't think anyone considers pike and sigma nu or even sig ep "the best" Kappa sig is gone for 5 years! Plus you forgot Theta Chi which should be somwhere around KA and Fiji. ATO is probably better than Pike, EN, Sig Ep

2. chi phi, lambda chi, theta chi
3. beta, fiji, ato (don't really hang out with these)
4. sigma nu, sig ep, pike (more of a guess)

ranking the fraternities is hard but here is a good guess

Tier 1: SAE, KA, Sigma Chi, Chi Phi

Tier 2: Fiji, ATO, Sigma Nu, SigEp, Pike, AEpi, Lambda

Tier 3: Beta, Theta Chi, pik kap

Tier 4: Delta sig, AGR, phi psi, Delt, TEP, Sigma Pi, TKE

the top tier comes down to how many you include. If its just SAE KA ChiPhi, nobody argues that, but IMO if you put sigma chi in there, lambda chi has to come too.
