I'm in a fraternity at UGA and the following is a pretty accurate description of the tiers at UGA. These tiers are not based on who's best, but who is the most exclusive. Many girls I talk to like some of the lower tiers much more than the top tier, meaning exclusivity doesn't mean you're the absolute best. In no order:

Tier 1: KA, SAE, Chi Phi
Tier 2: Sigma Chi, Kappa Sig, Lambda Chi, Figi, Beta, Theta Chi
Tier 3: Pi Kap (before the incident at least), ATO, AEPi
Tier 4: AGR, Sigma Nu, Pike, TEP, SigEp (though not respected as no pledgeship)
Tier 5: The rest pretty much will just hand out bids
to whoever

KA, Sig Chi, Sig Ep, and SAE are in the 130 range.

Kappa Sig, Chi Phi are about 110

Beta, ATO, Lambda, Fiji are about 90

The rest are around 60-80 if they are decent

Definitely top five just not top three. SAE KA and Chi phi aare and will be top three. Then a small drop to Lambda, Sigma CHi, and Fiji then a HUGE drop to everyone else who no one cares about.

no one thinks that... its sae ka chi phi, then a drop to sigma chi, kappa sig, fiji, then a bigger drop to lambda and theta chi... this is how it exactly is

Lambda is one of the few houses (8 or less) that doesn't have to advertise themselves and put on shows for rushees. Kids who are rushing want to be lambdas, so all lxa has to do is pick who they want. I really don't think they care at all about this site. Same with houses like sae, chi phi, ka, etc.
