Top tier, really exclusive
sae/chi phi/ KA

upper middle (still great)
sigma chi/ kappa sigma/ lambda chi/ theta chi

middle (solid)
Fiji/ beta/ pike/ aepi

I don't feel like listing the rest but there are plently of other good ones. Fiji might be an upper middle tier.

KA, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi, Chi Phi and Sae

Really all on the same level but sae ka and chi phi have more money

Top tier upper: chi phi, sae, lambda chi, sigma chi,

Top tier lower: ka, fiji, kappa sig, maybe theta chi, maybe agr

second tier: Theta Chi, agr, beta, ato, sigma nu seems to be improving.
