upper middle (still great)
sigma chi/ kappa sigma/ lambda chi/ theta chi

middle (solid)
Fiji/ beta/ pike/ aepi

I don't feel like listing the rest but there are plently of other good ones. Fiji might be an upper middle tier.

Really all on the same level but sae ka and chi phi have more money
