tiers 1-4 are solid and will be for a long time.
the fact that there are this many strong tiers at uga is a testament to how strong the greek system overall is at uga.
tier 5 has some good guys, but a good amount of room for improvement.
tier 6 just isn't that great.
tier 7 - if you can't go greek go teke.

Here's what's up over the past decade or so
1).KA, SAE, Chi Phi (been the best for decades)
2). Fiji, Lamda Chi, Theta Chi, Kappa Sig, Sigma Chi
3). aepi, pike, Phi Delt,
The rest are not relevant to anyone important (some listed are barely relevant but good crews that can crossover)
The top tier are A-Squad, The Rest B-Squad.
The A-Squad are top choices from the all-star kids of every major private school in Georgia, Memphis, Nashville, Charlotte, etc. as well as Episcopal and Woodberry. You pretty much must know somebody and SAE and KA don't really participate in formal rush. The only major town/school that is a niche for fraternities outside of the top 3 is Kappa Sig has a good thing going with Chattanooga, or at least has in the very recent past.

not bad, 1. is correct
I'd move 2. to Sigma Chi, then LXA, Kappa Sig. Theta Chi is either right after or before FIJI, They have better members/ socials than Pi Kapp, Pike or the rest of tier 3.
Tier 3 is fine
Ato is tier 4. with AGR. Phi Delt is tier 4 1/2 and falling
The rest suck.
