Oos girl with no connection chance at top tier

Not much of a chance unless your Mom is famous and you are going to WOW them. It sucks not knowing anyone. Being out of state is also not helpful. If you are a beauty with a dynamic personality and a perfect ACT or SAT score and famous then maybe. Rush is difficult even if you are a legacy. It may help, but often doesn't. There are So many legacies with connections. Good luck. You might get in, but you might find another sorority that you like better.

literally rush is so unpredictable don’t even waste your time stressing about where you could possibly end up. i know it’s cheesy but keeping an open mind is the only way you’ll have a good rush experience!!

If there is rush this year---You can not have any expectations about Rush unless you have some serious connections, or you fit with a type of sorority that is small and usually have the same background girls like sig delt. The rush experience is demanding, exhausting and stressful. The less expectations that you have the better. Try to make friends with people around you on the bus. Unless you get dirty rushed and are promised a bid early or have a serious connection, the process is a mess.
