Why does Theta have so fewer members than the others?

When I looked on grade fall grade report 2019 I saw fewer members than most. I was wondering too.

Phi Mu has 274 and Theta has 269.

I think someone is trying to create issues.

KD 302, Chi O 287, Kappa 285, adpi 284.

Idk maybe tryin to count fewer girls to make grades look higher? Or they could just have more girls drop out.
