SDT is a Panhellenic sorority and participates in formal fall rush which is why they are ranked on here

Their pledge class from the fall definitely puts them above sk and dz. I would put tri delt ahead of them though.

that’s true. they’ve always been lower mid tier because of previous pc’s but they’ve definitely moved up quickly. pc 18 put them on track to moving past lower mid, and pc 19 definitely bumped them into upper mid. fraternities actually love their pc and they’ve had top tier frats reaching out to them too from what i’ve heard. i’d say gamma phi, sk, dz, and tri delt are all very similar pc wise.
