SX Delta Sig and PhiDelt haven't been doing terribly but they arent moving up anytime soon.

I would include KS if they had another years worth like this, they're still too new but doing well. Pike and PiKapp deserve some recognition in my opinion.

The next group are all pretty good groups and have something going for them.
