transfer rush for fraternities

Just wondering how many people rush as transfers or sophomores. Incoming transfer this summer, is that looked down on? TIA

I don't think anyone would have an exact number of transfer/sophomore rushees. Go to some events, meet some guys, and narrow your focus to the groups you fit in best with.

Be sure to try to go to the Spring Rush events/parties on campus this spring. Don't count on/expect bids just from IFC formal rush over 2 or 3 days right before school. Most of the top tier has their pledge class finished, or close to, before the IFC part even starts.
