substance free in house fraternities?

I'm just curious which fraternities are substance free in house? I know PhiDelt DeltaSig and Beta are all substance free. Are there any others?

Fiji is but they complete a yearly review to get out of it.

They have to pay for mandatory trainings and seminar's to ensure they are prepared to handle having alcohol in house.

It's funny that not a lot of people think this isn't an issue...

Also Fiji doesn't count, they are allowed to have alcohol because they follow through on nationals rules.
