How rude! "lower houses??" and "surprisingly??"You need to wake up and look around you. Changes on the sorority scene have going on for awhile. Some of the older houses have been coasting on fumes for quite awhile and do not have alot to offer these days beyond name recognition. The fact that so many established houses had to give out a ton of snap bids(several for multiple years) tells you that these houses are not as good as they think they are. UGA has alot of pretty girls, and they will pledge houses that offer the total package----looks, sisterhood, and fun. This is the new reality.

with "Really...". UGA gets more competitive every year, especially with female applicants, so there's a much larger pool of quality pnms. Every house is benefitting from that. That is the new reality.
