1. Delta Tau Delta.
2. Phi Kappa Psi.
3. Phi Kappa Theta.
4. Tau Kappa Epsilon.
5.Zeta Beta Tau (if they still exist).
6. Chi Psi.
7. Sigma Pi.

Some of these fraternities are improving and have increased their membership. UGA has more quality guys than the 300 guys in the top ten fraternities. True some are really struggling, but IF your fraternity already has some of the best guys, why bad month the rest of the Greek system?

You don't know what you're talking about. None of these are growing. Dtd has 10 pledges, zbt has 0, phi kapp has 5, teke has 5, phi psi has 10-15 as does chi psi. The only one doing semi ok is sigma pi with 20-25 semi low quality guys. Even then, that's just keeping constant for them

the top 10 houses have 300 guys total? That averages out to 30 per chapter, might check that math.

TKE got 8 guys, not 5, and they are actually quality guys. They could have had a 20 man pledge class if they wanted to just go for numbers, but they didn't bid every weird kid that walked in the door like pike.

Not sure if troll or tke pledge, tke doesn't own their house, KS does and they are coming back next year
