trying to understand female clothing styles

Why do girls dress like slobs to go to class and be on campus most days and dress like they are down to hookup for football games? Seems like they could look a little better for class.

Because they have been out until 3:00 AM the night before class and roll out of bed to go directly to class without a shower.
