how to find guys that only expect to hookup

How do you people find guys that don't just expect to hookup when they buy you drinks and hang out at socials? I just want to get to know a guy that may have potential for more, but they only want to hookup and don't want to develop a relationship first.

Don't be in a sorority or go to socials if you don't want to meet a lot of guys that want to hookup.

Okay Maybe All guys want to hookup, but how do you find one that wants to actually get to know you and maybe want a "potential" relationship. It's tough in this hookup type of culture.
