Old Row probably won't accept you because you are from the midwest and you don't go to a private school.
FIJI, SNU and ATO usually takes dudes from in state though I heard FIJI takes some out of staters.
Pi Kappa takes OOS I heard. Don't know about the other ones. Your gonna have to rush and find out.

Guy - most houses have lots of out of state guys. For the upper end here, you need to either know someone (which can mean high school guys or family) or have a rec call/email/letter to the rush guys from an alumni member recommending you. No one is going to just cut you right off the bat because you are not from Georgia.
