sig ep vs fiji

Who best balances partying and academics, FIJI or Sig Ep? I understand FIJI generally parties more while Sig Ep is more notorious for excellent grades, but who balances both the best? Also who has the better physical house? From what I have heard both are nice. All in all if you were to recieve bids from both who would be the first pick and why? Thanks
