First of all, there are many different kinds of girls in sororities. Secondly, It is kind of rude to assume that all blondes are clones and have no personal differences or diversity of interests. If that isn’t racial, it’s definitely stereotyping.

Alpha Phi's recruitment is governed by their nationals which require them to recruit a certain kind of girl. They are not interested in grades, connections, involvement, etc. They only care about looks.

That is why they are lower tier in most places but they have their moms and alums on here constantly saying they're a top house.

Basically I think minorities are just less likely to join ifc Greek life and usually they're not a fit for the house. Plus there are black sororities too so idk
