I understand that Sig Ep is always at the top of the lists according to grades/GPA. How do they balance school and partying? Does Sig Ep still throw/attend fun parties?

I would say about half party and the other half bring up the GPA

Trying hard to rise from a third-tiered frat to a second-tier level (which I don't think can).

God-awful socials, with a small-handful of cute boys, but too many effeminatea.
