ZBT; Teke; Theta Chi; Phi Kapp, Phi Psi; Chi Psi
Lambda is barely hanging on to 2nd tier. Theta Chi is dead. Delta Cig is with the big boys now. Phi Delt drew a quality class. Poor ZBT signed no one :'(

Pike has always taken kids that these particular fraternities didn't want: beta, lambda, snu, and pi kapp. You can try and kid people all you want with numbers and Greek rank posts. Everyone knows though. I watched your crew roll in for bid signing. It was kind of sad to say the least.

Coming from someone someone that was in Athens all summer... ATO, Pi Kapp, Pike, SNU, and Lambda all went for the same kids. Unless the rushees accepted on the spot, most of the kids that pledged one of the fraternities above also had a bid from at least two of the other fraternities above.
Sig Ep and maybe Beta were the only ones that were going for real quality guys. Their numbers weren't that high but quality beats quantity.
Never met amy of the delta sig acceptees, I'm wondering why their so high on this list...

Delta Sig has absolutely no place in 2nd tier, the rest of the them did well with the exception of Lamda. Pretty sure the few posts above were by Betas trying to make up for their poor rush.
Sig Ep didn't go for "higher quality guys," they just go for different types of people then the other 2nd tiers would go for.

It's hard to quantify Sig Ep's success against the other fraternities in tier 2 because they go for a different pool of kids... There's a minor amount of overlap, but for the most part it's an uneven comparison. And everyone listed in tier's 1 and 2, with the exception of delta sig who should not be in tier 2, did well this year in recruitment.
