Not really a lot of single sorority girls at UGA because there are lots of 'sister wives' type of relationships. This seems to work out for all parties involved.

Yes there are a lot of single and ready to mingle girls in sororities. There are also girls that would like to meet a nice guy and have a real boyfriend. By sisterwives types, I think the person is referring to the weekly social and frat/sorority relations with a lot of hookups because So many guys don't want Real girl friends but just hook up a lot. Lots of F buddies
