which frats have really weird guys

Not even close. I’m sure there might be a couple of weird guys in both of these frats - just like in every single other house - but the Phi Delts and Kappa Sigs that I’ve met are all decent.

I've met some cool Phi delts, but those Kappa Sigs can be sleezy and stoned a lot. they aren't that cute either.

Among others. Any of the smaller chapters are likely to have more guys who are deemed different or weird. The smaller the chapter, usually the more strange each member may seem.

Each frat has a lot of different guys and some are fine and some are just ordinary. It is hard to judge the entire group

Agree with uga1.... every fraternity has some weirdos and creeps just like every sorority has some psychos and stalkers. You can’t classify any particular fraternity or sorority in that way.
And if you could, I sure wouldn’t label Phi Delt like that. They are one of my favorites... lots of nice guys.
