milledge vs. river road vs. other locos

How much does fraternity location matter? Is it a huge advantage to be Milledge? Is the Greek Park Circle address next to the stadium a huge drawback? What about Sigma Chi's weird new location? Is the Fiji house at risk to be taken over for land by the university? What about fraternities that aren't on Milledge or River Road, is that why they are mostly smaller? Input?
