sorority houses and requirements

I was reading the UGA Sorority book and it said you are required to live in a house. Are you really required to live in the house? What happens if I want to live in an apartment?

no you aren’t required to live in the house, most people want to tho. Also I don’t think any house can fit their entire pledge class so there a few people in each sorority that live somewhere else their sophomore year
