Super super difficult thing to rank because everyone has different perspectives of it. I would say though that Kappa, Chi O, and DG are really relevant nationally though. Then maybe Theta/ADPi? Alpha Phi is also very big and "popular" but I wouldn't consider it as strong nationally just because they only recruit one type of girl school to school and have lots of national scandals.
I personally like the reps of AOPi, Phi Mu, and DZ. They're solid nationally and still differ so much school to school which I think is really cool- you can find every type of girl in these chapters nationally (can be argued for all sororitys but again, this is just what I've personally noticed).

ATO is probably the most powerful in the south in general except for UT Austin.
Pike is powerful in Florida, since it's meathead central
