I think the Alpha Phi house will only add to the beauty of sorority row. I think my sorority has the best house, but congrats to Alpha Phi! My roomie is an Alpha Phi and she is great.

Yeah it's not necessary to be negative about other houses. Sometimes houses also look different on the inside than on the outside. Congrats to Alpha Phi. It's going to improve the street. I'm proud of our historic houses at UGA.

to the comment above^^ not everyone is lucky enough to have a new/renovated house. If the members are happy, let them be! Don’t forget, new/remodeled house= sky rocketed dues. Congrats to alpha phi, best of luck to everyone during fall recruitment! can’t wait to see it finally finished
