I'm a 2nd year and what you said is such a true statement lol. Yes, some fraternities do have more good looking guys than others like the ones you mention (ATO, SNU, FIJI, KA, Pikapp and another I forgot = the cute guy frats, I also assume they are rated high on greekrank for a reason, it's literally girls rating dudes). A large percent of the fraternities here are pretty much average looking guys that most likely have played a sport in high school and are looking for a brotherhood in UGA. Also, the ratio of more girls to guys is much more favorable for guys, because there's more attractive women than there are attractive guys here.

Regarding your best looking guys from the Freshman Class that are not in fraternities bur rather in class/downtown statement, that is pretty true.

But maybe a certain amount of the attractive guys that you see walking around downtown (guys downtown might be going to other colleges too) or in class that you think are freshman actually aren't freshman but 2nd years and above? They might or might not be in a fraternity.

Also, check out Ramsey if you wanna find eye candy. I tend to see a few hot guys there and a lot of cute "pretty boy" types among the crowd every single time I go there.
