sigma chi house

Any word yet about where the Sigma Chi house location after next year? I heard downtown without a lawn for game day parties but I can't believe that is true.

Yeah its going to be downtown. No front lawn but a huge back lawn almost bigger than the house itself. Going to be one of the nicer ones on campus
