i'm rushing as an incoming sophomore, i wanted to wait to rush until after freshman year...not to sound full of myself, im a pretty personable person, im attractive, and have high grades...how horrible are my chances of getting a top tier? what is the average "upper quota" for the sororities?

i think the upperclassmen quota was 8 per house

Youre fine. Top houses take sophomores. If you are perfect and wonderful like you say, don't stress out. just keep being awesome and beautiful. Also, keep those grades up girl ;)
