basically “top tier” = most money, hang out with “best” frats (traditionally old row or “old money”)
upper mid= still wealthy, hang out with “good” frats
mid tier= average in-staters and out-of-staters with little to no connections coming into rush, hang out with “ok” frats
bottom tier= hang out with the worst/least relevant frats
