new ranks. only 3 groups in the top is dumb.......

Having 30 different rows for fraternities in ranks are the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Especially when you have 3 in one row 7 in the next and 4 after that.... This is UGA, there is so much history for almost every group, there are a lot of wealthy old and new money guys in every group, almost everyone has dope parties and pull. Why should we all be so petty and snooty about this?
KA SAE ChiPhi ATO SNu Fiji
These 6 have the best parties, pull, and are the biggest destinations for wealthy in state guys(minus Fiji).
SX Beta PhiDelt Lambda DeltaSig Pike KS
All of these groups have long history, old money, pull with in state crowds of Rushees, and prominent alumni, as well as some new money, and some out of state guys mixed in. If not out of state guys then they might be smaller. Each has history being considered "top" and have fallen in and out of top throughout time.
SigEp OX AEPi TEP AGR SP DTD
These groups are solid but have had struggles competing with above groups for Rushees or pull/parties(DTD SP OX), are niche fraternities (AGR AEPi TEP), or are limited due to certain rules imposed by nationals(SigEp).
If you are Greek it's much better than being a GDI but the rest go here.

Obviously some groups have a little more pulL and party more than the others in the group(SX Beta) but are more comparable to those in their group than in the above group in my opinion. People have their own opinions obviously but this is mine.

I agree with the concept but I'm pretty sure Delta sig and lambda don't have as much history as the others on the row. I could be mistaken.
Also I'd switch SigEp with Pike or kappa sig, yeah the rules are hurting them and all but the dudes are really solid. Sure kappa sig has all the pull and decent parties but they need to get their numbers up. They're maybe a year away from being there but I think they are a better option than Pike. Pike has some sketch guys but are all around solid outside of that.

This is good. Pike is solid. Absolutely everyone has sketch guys but people only complain about Pike. KS is fine. End of that row is where they both belong. I agree that it's hard to rank Sig Ep and AE Pi because they are niches. They don't really fit on this chart at all. This is one of the better rankings on this web.

Move Lambda Chi to the top, they are better than over 1/2 the houses listed in the first group.

Considering they're constantly in and out of trouble and a recent history of recruiting ung guys idk. I would say historically they should be the second row but in my opinion they're the last row.

Pi Kapp and Kappa Sig were legendary until 2010, and while kappa sig had to recharter, it looks like they ended up getting the better deal in the long run.
It's so unfortunate what happened to pi kapp. It is what it is. I for sure think they are row 3 but they will always have potential to move up, like KS or any other top group that falls out would get.
They just need to calm down and rebuild, quit making campus angry.

Unfortunately two tiers is right. Try getting elected to IFC if your are not one of the "chosen" chapters. Complete BS. AGR may suck, but they are an influential chapter at UGA.

Met a few in Fiji, sigma chi, sigma nu, phi delt, beta even ChiPhi.
While regional recruiting is very popular here, it's not the only quality sought after when selecting who to bid/initiate. Most times you go to a group you have most common with, and a lot of times that means the guys in the group and who they recruit end up being from the same area.
If you're a redneck who grew up hunting fishing mudding etc., And just happened to be from somewhere like massachusetts, I'm sure a more traditionally "southern" group will give you a shot. Yes probably even KA or SAE.

The Pikes in last year's pledge class I've met are actually pretty nice people. At least from when I met them. Like if you look at them and talk to them , they don't look like the stereotypical image of a Pike (Creepy roided juice monkey)
FSU and Bama Pikes probably fit the image more
