by: lets hear emCan anyone give an honest rundown of what general types of guys go to each fraternity? I guess I'm asking what is each one's rep?

Phi Taus new house is off campus too. It's close to downtown and new which is good. But it's also in a bad area and smaller than any of the Milledge houses, besides Sigma Pi, ZBT, Phi Kapp, and Chi Psi. That being said Sigma Pi, ZBT, Phi Kapp, Chi Psi, and Phi Psi, are the worst on the street.
