by: APHIAlways seem to be talks of low retention across the Greek rank boards of aphi at many schools. Can’t help but to wonder if it’s from the nationally mandated looks based recruiting policy (they paid to have the post deleted cause aphi nationals basically runs GR)? Since they don’t recruit based on actual connection/values it makes sense they have member retention issues. Weakest national reputation ever.
