Why are all the old row fraternities giving bids to UNG students? Isn't that illegal?

Then give them bids next fall if they are able to transfer in. These silent bids are skirting the rules and someone is going to get caught.

Not supposed to but definitely happening. I know someone who got one and was told he would be initiated in January. You would think they would want to build their house with guys who actually got into UGA on the first try.

They don’t just want any random people though. I think it’s become so competitive to get into UGA as a freshman that a lot of the guys they want aren’t getting in, maybe they didn’t have the best grades in high school

If they can't fill a 40 person pledge class with cool guys who are admitted to UGA and want to pledge there, they are not a top fraternity.
