what are my chances

I was wondering what houses I could get into if I am oos (from Texas) and I don’t have any connections to anyone at uga. Should I even expect to receive a bid or get into a top house (especially Phi Mu)?

Well you seem to be a Phi Mu posing as a PNM to self-promote, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and answer your question. It doesn't matter. You're already know you're going to rush at UGA so you'll see for yourself where you'll get invites and a bid.
