Well someone has to be "bottom" tier but I really hate the notion of tiers since all of our sororities are very strong.
I have a few friends in this house, along with some of the other so-called "bottom-tier" houses and they are very sweet, pretty and involved. It's hard to start a colony but they've been working hard to be more involved and recruit stronger PCs and it shows.
I really don't think you can go wrong joining any house at uga. It's a matter of finding the best fit for your personality during recruitment.
