deciding between hosues

can anyone describe their experience in choosing which sorority was right for them?? like is it just a gut feeling?

they say it’s a “mutual selection process” but in reality they choose you. you get 0 say in any of it

On pref day I was really torn, and just went with my gut. I thought about where I was most comfortable and myself the whole time and put that house first

You really don't have much control, but go with your gut. But if your gut isn't helping you, then look around the pref party and see who else is in the room with you. That normally helps too.

That being said, don't rush a house just because all your friends at there. Not worth it

Definitely try not to land where you know absolutely no one either, because that can be very isolating,; unless everyone else seems to be new too. In which case, you can bond by bringing it all together.
