christmas lights on houses

This is going to sound incredibility stupid but are all the houses (or campus in general) lit up on actual Christmas/Christmas weekend? I really wanted to go to the tour of homes but couldn't plan for it. We are going to some tiny town (Winder) kinda near Athens for 🎄 weekend. I thought it might be fun to go have dinner downtown and drive around one night with my cousins.

It will be a total ghost town. As for the lights I have no idea because no one will be here. Are you even wanting to go here?

I am not sure to be honest. Athens is a beautiful town and it would be worth the 20 min drive to go light seeing.
